Event Description: 3-Day retreats. Retreats offer several advantages. First of all you will be free of distractions, since no one and nothing will stand in-between you and your goals. The first evening we will become comfortable with one another by sharing our significant childhood pictures. Questions for the first day will be sent to you before you leave for the retreat. As in the regular workshop, the first morning we will pursue a lighter question to deepen our understanding of one another and ourselves, moving on to a weightier topic by afternoon. The goal of the second day is to delve deeper, in a safe environment, and to move beyond some of our memories into a space of growing acceptance and understanding of ourselves.
